In order to guarantee the fulfillment of requirements for the REACH registration of diamond and cubic boron nitride in the most timely and cost-effective manner, a REACH consortium for diamond and cBN has been established under the umbrella of FEPA. The consortium has been operating since March 2009 and counts leading manufacturers and importers of diamond and cBN amongst its members.
Companies holding registration obligations for diamond and/or cBN are highly recommended to join this consortium, independent of actual registration deadline and tonnage.
Your overall costs for the registration of diamond/cBN will be lower as consortium member than as a non-member who only buys 1 or 2 letters of access.
Concrete advantages and commitments of joining the diamond/cBN consortium will be communicated upon request to Bipro (contact below).
Companies joining the consortium before 31 December 2009 will profit from reduced joining fees. After this date significant delay fees will be applied to new members.
